Full refund if your booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

A $100.00 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit on any cancellation.

If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival,no refund will be made and payment in full must be made.

Full payment is required 21 days prior to arrival date.This can be made by credit card, check or money order.

Payment Policy
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 21 days prior to arrival, if you are paying with an out of state check, this should be received 30 days prior to arrival. No personal checks are accepted.

In the event that a Hurricane prohibits you from taking your vacation with us you will be given up to 12 months to reschedule without any penalty, however normal cancellation policy applies and no refunds will be given.
